All mattress and mattress set orders are shipped by UPS Freight (3-5 business days) and all other products are shipped UPS Ground (2-6 business days) depending on your location in the U.S. Your order is shipped within 48 hours after you receive an email confirmation from Global Resources Registry LLC. We do not ship to PO Boxes. For security reasons, we can only ship to your credit card billing address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address you will need to inform us at info@regentbedcollection.com

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders placed Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed the following Monday. This may cause our order processing time to increase. Global Resource Registry LLC charges tax for orders shipped in the state of Florida. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
